✨ Want better balance, smoother squats, and more fluid movement? Start with your ankles. This short sequence builds mobility and control where it matters most. Focus on proper form. Go slow & stop if you have any pain. 1. Ankle Rockers: Sit with knees bent, feet flat, hands behind hips (fingers forward or slightly out). Keep heels grounded & shoulders soft. Shift your weight forward — hips glide toward heels as knees move past your toes. Feel the load through your ankles and the opening through your shoulders. 2. Point & Press Dolphin: Start on knees, forearms on floor, shoulders stacked over elbows. Keep tops of feet flat on the ground. Press through forearms & lift hips into Dolphin. Keep core engaged. Stay on the tops of feet — feel the ankle extension & shoulder load. Bend knees if you need. Repeat. For a deeper stretch, option to extend one leg (alternate). 3. Lunge Toe Flow: Start in low lunge, back knee grounded, front knee stable. Engage the core slightly. Shift into the front foot & rise onto your toes (calf raise). Come back to the floor then press hips slightly back & lift your front toes toward the sky. Keep your spine long & hips square. 4. Downdog Dips: Start in Down Dog, — feet hip-width, hands grounded. Bend knees & slowly sit hips back toward your heels. Keep heels heavy toward the ground and spine long. Pause where you feel the stretch. Repeat. 5. Ankle Rotations: Lie on your back or other comfortable position. Rotate each ankle fully around its joint. Go the opposite direction. *Always check with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, to ensure it’s appropriate for you, your body, and your unique situation. • #YogaStretch • #MobilityFlow • #MorningYoga • #FlexibilityTraining • #HipMobility • #DynamicStretching • #FullBodyStretch • #QuickYoga • #BeginnerYoga • #yogaforflexibility
