Marinate for 1 hour 30 minutes. 	3.	Melt the butter and mix in chopped garlic and fresh coriander. 	4.	Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Place potatoes on the lower tray and chicken skewers on the upper tray of the air fryer. 	5.	Cook on roast mode at 180–190°C for 12–15 minutes. 	6.	After 6 minutes, brush the chicken with garlic butter and shake the potatoes, then return to the air fryer. 	7.	If needed, cook the potatoes for 4 more minutes after removing the chicken. 	8.
