I would have done zucchini chips, thinly sliced and done low and slow in the air fryer! But this actually looks quite tasty!!!

i have a question, when you eat a food which isn’t one of those 8, does it always cause you to go into anaphylaxis? or do some of them just cause a minor reaction?

You know what, I think you’d enjoy a dehydrator. It would add a new texture to the foods you can eat

maybe you could add to this the sorbet that tastes like avocado for some sort of guacamole?

Try making a turkey meatloaf using zucchini as the onion and blitzed seaweed for a salty flavour. Use water and chia seeds to moisten and bind it even include the other foods for depth of flavour

If you wanted to switch it up ypu could make Chia seed crackers as the chips, and then have the turkey as the beef etc? like for the different texture

Love this! I was imagining a “hot dog” made like stuffed zucchini: scrape out the seeds of the zucchini and grill it with olive oil and salt to make room for the ground turkey dog made with plenty of salt (and maybe some seaweed to make it a cheesy dog…ooh! Or use seaweed as the casing to give you that texture?) Grated zucchini (or cucumber?) as sauerkraut? Chia seed ketchup sweetened with glucose powder?

As a dietitian I love watching what you eat. But I can’t help but wonder about what options may be possible for you even though mcas isn’t something I’m very knowledgeable on.

I wonder could you blend dry chia seeds to make a coating for your turkey. So you could make like “fried turkey tenders”. Add a bit of seasoning in the blend aswell.

I don’t remember, can you frie things? If not, maybe ading oil on top of the ground meat and then airfryed it would help with the texture?

Masterchef should bring you on the show and make this a challenge. Like the chefs can only use the things you do, and then you could guest judge.

am i the only one who thought about a cooking competition show where the twist is that every participant get a "impediment" that is basically a chronic illness and they have to try their best to achieve the recipe they're given but where the real interest in the show is to get the participant to experience what it's like to do basic things (like cooking) with a chronic illness? 🤔😅
