Eppure, come spiega, sarebbe stato colpito due volte da un poliziotto mentre era a lavoro. È il racconto concitato di Massimiliano Tripodo, giornalista freelance di 28 anni, presente alla manifestazione del 24 ottobre per documentare la marea umana, circa 3000 persone, che sono partite da piazza del Nettuno in modo spontaneo per protestare contro guerra e carovita. Alle 19.30, dopo due ore dall’inizio della sfilata e i primi momenti di tensione tra forze dell’ordine e i manifestanti, è stato protagonista di un episodio, che ha denunciato anche su suoi profili. «In Piazza dei Martiri, ho assistito ad una scena forte. Un ragazzo intento a girare soltanto dei video, almeno in quell’esatto momento, è stato colpito dalla polizia e trascinato via – racconta- A quel punto sempre un agente, forse per infastidito dal mio lavoro di ripresa, mi ha colpito. Prima alla gamba, su cui ho un livido, e poi alla mano schivandomi». Tripodo, come precisa, sarebbe stato vestito in modo inequivocabile, proprio non ingenerare confusione tra lui ed eventuali manifestanti con intenti violenti: «Avevo un K-way bianco, il volto scoperto ed inoltre nessun caschetto di protezione.
