A lot of patients think tighter = better… but that’s not always true. Excessive pressure can affect circulation, irritate the skin, create dents, discomfort, and sometimes lead to hyperpigmentation or dark marks, especially in delicate areas like the arms. Compression should support healing, not damage the tissue.
