I can actually say because I’ve been out to Utah that this salt is actually the only salt you should be using hands down. I see a lot of stuff on TikTok, but I can honestly say Redman‘s ancient sea salt is the best. You can also buy these in certain health food stores. Sometimes Walmart will have it as well. Best salt you’ll ever use.

I carry my own mini salt & pepper shakers. I only use sea salt and my pepper is organic. 😁
