@bloomwithberry: Half the wait and half the price 🥟 This restaurant was on the Michelin guide 3 years in a row. I went to the Da'an location which is conveniently located across from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall! I prefer the XLB at Din Tai Fung because I like thin dumpling wraps. This place has thicker wraps. And I like the hot and sour soup here more than DTF even though it was more spicy. I loved how they loaded the soup and I do prefer a more sour soup. (They're also known for their crab XLB but I didn't try them.) The food overall was good but I wouldn't make a trip for it.
