With the pickle onions add a habanero pepper to it and a splash of vinegar and some salt and oregano and marinate and use on top of the tostada or other dishes

Refried beans under the tinga is an option, also used to make the tinga stretch further. Tinga is so good that it’s best enjoyed on its own without the beans. Try the tostada with just the tinga so you can really taste it! Oh and with home made tostadas, darn it’s more amazing ❤️goes up a level
