I had really bad akathisia from vraylar I got off it but still had the symptoms for a week all I did was literally walk and pace sit down sit up couldn't sleep it was horrible 😭

When I was at South Sound (WA) I journalled like my life depended on it, hour by hour, minute by minute. I discreetly studied every patient like it was a documentary and wrote about it. I'd update hourly if the day/night was crazy. I treated that diary like it was the plot of a reality show.
