Former OG manager, there is no flour in the stock, the chicken is not seasoned. There is salt and fine black pepper in the stock, thats it. They use Half and Half, not Heavy Cream or Milk. The chicken is diced not shredded. The carrots are “shredded” not diced.

When I managed at Olive Garden Toscana soup was my favorite. And the days I was hungover I’d add Tabasco sauce and lime and drink a Coke and lemme tell you I was back to life 😂

If you can’t find gnocchi, you can substitute with canned biscuit dough. You just have to cut the dough into small sections and roll it up into little balls of dough.

My mom uses Costco rotisserie chicken rather chicken breast for this soup. It’s much better than chicken breast in my opinion!
