@zeetheintrovert: Zee’s Buffalo Chicken Dip 🍗 Ingredients: * 2 cups- one whole rotisserie chicken, shredded * 1 cup buffalo sauce, I used a 12oz bottle of franks red hot buffalo sauce * 1/2 cup of ranch of your choice * 2-8oz bags of colby jack cheese, or cheese of your choice * 8oz block of cream cheese, softened * 1/2 cup heavy cream * Parsley * Tonys creole seasoning * 1 bag tortilla chips or chips of your choice Pan: 10x13 aluminum pan or whatever pan your have available Cook Time: 25 minutes Cook Temperature: 400F or 200 degrees Celsius 1. Take your rotisserie chicken and take all of the meat off the bones and shred it. Place in pan. 2. Pour buffalo sauce and ranch into shredded chicken and mix together. 3. In a saucepan, melt down your cream cheese with your heavy cream. 4. Add one bag of cheese. Let melt. 5. It will be thick because of the cream cheese .. that’s okay 😂 6. Pour cheese mixture in pan and mix into chicken. 7. Take your last bag of cheese and pour evenly on top. 8. Sprinkle some parsley and tonys or your seasonings of choice on top for some added color. 9. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and brown on edges. 10. Take out of oven. 11.
