It was even more profound than that. He stated that he doesn’t know if he wants to be healed cause his identity is his past trauma and he knows how to live within that frame. Being healed means he has to take on the identity of a child of God and he doesn’t know how to navigate through this world with that frame. It was such an honest and profound introspection.

That’s the thing a lot of people don’t want to change because it’s scary, it takes work it takes a dismantle of yourself. Sometimes looking at the ugliness and getting your eye unveil by God is painful and hard to accept. But one thing is that will be the same for everyone that’s decides to change. God will be with you through everything. He will show you and walk hand and hand until all the chaos starts to clear and then you will say I understand why I couldn’t understand and now I don’t want to understand what is ahead because I trust you.

Theo Von is one of the most emotionally aware and self aware humans I’ve seen with a platform. His self awareness is enough to SHAKE ppl. Self awareness doesn’t always equal “got it all figured out”. But it always equals a force to be reckoned with when they do!
