And you know what? It was DELICIOUS. Because not every meal has to start with grinding wheat berries and churning butter by candlelight. Sometimes the boxed mix is just a supporting actor. 🤌 This one turned out SO good! The full recipe is in the description. Sorta-Homemade Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad 🥓🍝 This is one of those “whatever makes life easier” recipes and honestly? It turned out SO good. Ingredients: • 1 twin pack box Suddenly Salad Ranch & Bacon pasta salad mix (2 individual 7.5 oz packages) • 1¾ cups mayonnaise • Seasoning packets from both Suddenly Salad packages • 1 to 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning • 1 (4.5 oz) package Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits • 1 box/package chopped rotisserie chicken • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen peas, thawed • Cracked black pepper to taste Directions: Cook both pasta packages according to package directions. Drain and rinse. In a large bowl, mix together: • mayonnaise • both seasoning packets • extra ranch seasoning • bacon bits Add in the cooked pasta and stir well. Then mix in: • rotisserie chicken • thawed peas • cracked black pepper Chill until cold and serve!
