not every pain needs to be explained to people, because God already understands the things your heart cannot put into words, there will be days when you feel unmotivated, drained and mentally exhausted from everything happening around you, but doesn't mean you're failing. sometimes, resting in God's presense is already form of healing you so not have to carry every burden alone or pretend that you are always okay, God is listening even at your silent prayers and He will give peace to the heart that continues to trust Him despite the struggles

ito yung tinalakay namin nung sunday grabe yung message Matthew 11:28-30 KJV [28] Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. yung words palang na "come to me all" hindi nya lang inoffer sa isang tao kundi sa lahat hindi sya namimili, hindi nya pinipili yung mga tao na walang problema or what dahil he knows kung ano yung kabigatan na meron tayo, yung word naman na "yoke" ayan yung parang hilahila natin na problema pero yunh yoke ni Lord ay hindi mabigat kaya inoffer nya satin, nandyan sya para tulungan tayo, at yung words na "i am meek and lowly" grabe nag paka gentle sya bumaba sya para mabaot natin sya. most of us ay di kayang gawin yan aminin man natin or hindi sometimes pag may lumapit satin at problemado minsan tinatawanan natin dahil ang oa naman masyado but God iba sya nais nyang iparating sa message nayan na hindi sya tulad sa atin, kung lumapit tayo sa kanya di ka nya huhusgahan, di ka nya itatakwil, di kaya i jjudge, dahil alam nya kung anong kabigatan na meron ka, hindi mo kailangan linisin muna yung sarili mo para lumapit sa kanya dahil kung malinis kana at lumapit ka sa kanya ano pang lilinisin nya sayo, grabe yung pag mamahal ni Lord satin.
