They denied my FMlA WHEN MY mom admitted into the hospital w pancreatic cancer (last few days of life) and they said shes still alive so they cant approve …. I left on FMLA for my moms funeral in the ( approved leave) came back and was let go day 1 back to work

a company can fire you for whatever reason they want when you come back from FMLA. nobody's perfect at work you will make mistakes and they will get you if they want to. I was on FMLA twice. it all depends on who is in management

My employer says even if I use one hour of FML leave I have to use my whole shift for FMLA so if I’m using an hour, she’s charging me eight hours. Is that legal?

I took my FMLA, and when I came back to work under some medical restrictions, they didn't give me a schedule. This is my fifth week waiting to be scheduled, but they've just excused themselves, saying they are afraid for my health. What can I do? I have sent three letters with my doctor's specifications because initially, they said they didn't understand. I'm afraid 😳

I was on intermittent FMLA then I was hurt at work denied Workers Comp did another FMLA now I've exhausted that. still not better they had me fill out ADA paperwork. I'm still not better. Now I'm asked if I want to pause the ADA. All I want is to go back to work but I can't until I'm better and able to work. All of this is confusing

yes they said I had ADA IN ORDER TO GET IT I HAD TO GET ALL MY POINTS DRAIN 2 QUALIFY FOR IT !!! THEY GAVE ME A VERBAL THEN STAID SUSPENSION THEN SEPARATION OFF COMPANY I FEEL IF STILL RAISING POINTS CAUSE I HAVE BOTH ADA AND FMLA THEY SAIDIF I HAVE HRS ON FMLA I CAN'T USE MY ADA !!!
