@yass.unitedstates: A 22-year-old Alabama woman was tragically shot and killed after her boyfriend’s father allegedly accidentally fired an antique revolver while showing off his gun collection. Authorities say Jeffrey Scott Towers didn’t realize the weapon was loaded when it discharged, fatally striking Whitney Harlow Robeson in the chest. Robeson, a recent Auburn University graduate who had just started her dream career in interior design, was remembered by loved ones as kind, talented, and full of promise. Towers has since been charged with manslaughter, though his attorneys insist the shooting was a tragic accident. #alabama #women #shot #boyfriend #father
