Nearly 13 months ago, I made a choice. A choice to finally get serious about my health. Portion control, calorie counting, 2 hour long workout sessions five times a week, everyday after work. Any and all over the counter medicine and supplements that I ever heard about. I put my absolute all into it. Stumbled occasionally, backsliding from time to time, not always having a net loss. But a couple weeks ago, I cleared my goal. Under 200lbs for the first time since I was in middle school. Healthiest I have ever been in my life. Now it's just seeing how much more I can lose and maintaining. I sometimes wonder where I'd be if I hadn't made that choice last year
