I’ve used paper and sealant. I prefer the sealant. I use 2 caps and when it’s time to remove, I wet my hair first then the apply shampoo. Anywho, your hair looks great. 🥰

yall should never be using paper under caps 😪 it’s not traditional & not goof for the scalp. double cap if you must but the liquid hard shell + cap is the best way
