Not a kid, but my mom. She couldn’t remember what Panera’s pink ribbon bagels were called and called it a boobie bagel. So I had the misfortune of going and asking for one. Years later I got a job at that Panera and mentioned my mom can never remember the name of the pink ribbon bagel and my boss hard stops and immediately goes YOUR MOM WAS THE BOOBIE BAGEL MOM????

Not really a mispronounciation, but when I was a kid, I was obsessed with Barbie In Rapunzel and there was this spare room where me and my dad would play Rapunzel (he was Gothel) and we started calling that room "the tower" and it's still called that 20+ years later

Hanitizer...it's hand sanitizer. My first child said it like that since she was old enough to talk. All of her siblings followed suit because it just stuck.
