Honestly it does feel like a break sometimes cause my newborn is at the stage where she can latch forever and is cluster feeding then before I know it its time to feed her again. So this at least guarantees 15 minutes and I’m done for a few hours 😂😂

I'm exclusively pumping for my newborn and have a feral 3 year old. My "breaks" are pumping while playing dolls or cars or blocks or endlessly scrolling through Bluey episodes to find the one specific one she wants that she'll watch for 45 seconds

Honestly as an exclusively breastfeeding mom I do this once in a blue, so I can pump when I can, but dad can feed when baby asks. He can practice with a bottle for when I return to work. And it is a little break
