First I like matcha hot first then added it to ice cause the hot water can create the matcha into sweet taste, make it sure it was very very hot then start putting matcha powder first then add the hot water then mix it up and down then side to side then mix then put it slowly to the ice on the cap then ready to taste. it was traditional way but much better if it was not with ice
