Boredom is close to the point… “Mindlessness” which is often mislabeled as mindfulness. Emptying the mind is the key to presence and to have access to the flow! 🙏🏽

A trick I’ve used for years Luke is lying down to take a nap. You don’t sleep but in that semi drowsy state you’ll solve plot problems, get ideas, etc… Turns out it’s a scientific thing, called the hypnagogic state, where creativity is unleashed when we’re about to fall asleep!

I have a book suggestion ... have you read, seen anything about the work is not enough by Zoe Oldenburg. I read it when I was young at it made a true impact on me. the characters, the storyline, the romance, the intensity of the war scenes and the descriptions where so intense. it's still a firm favourite. it's set in medieval times and from what I'm aware of .. the author was a historian so it's not only an amazing story, but it's hysterically accurate 👌
