Hi plant dude here, that looks like it’s actually stinging nettle. That also could be why she had a reaction while preparing it because the leaves have hairs on them that cause reactions. Hope she feels better usually for me when I’ve come into contact with nettles it takes a few hours or a day for the reaction to go away. Usually if you find nettle in the wild the plant that counteracts it is close by and is called dock leaf. Hope that helps 🙏🏼
