Hiding lore in books, artifacts etc is a storytelling of its own and make the game feel more immersive, just like how in cyberpunk with the shards so while it can be hard to track everything i like it very much

I love the game. It fell in love with it. It dose not matter if it’s not as good as the others. What makes a person play a game over and over again no matter how shitty it is if they like/love the game. The game could be the best game in the books but if it dose not make me feel anything it worst then the worst game ever to me.

Genshin gameplay is unironically the most unique out of the big gacha games right now and its animations are not that bad, sure they’re mediocre compared to something like zzz or wuwa but compare it to nte and endfield and you’ll see that it’s pretty similar. And what more do you need than lore and story, subjectively fun game play and alright animations as well as a pretty map. Calling it mediocre or even worse is a bit harsh

what I love most about genshin isn't just the lore but the vibes from nations like mondstate, liyue, Sumaru and Fontaine. I love the looks of the nations and the characters connected to it. if another game had something like that I would leave genshin in a heartbeat.

It’s just that it has such a unique style and form of storytelling to the game. The style of different archons of each nation and extending to the higher dimensions like Celestial makes it so original compared to many games. Its characters are unique while many other games seem to reuse same concepts.
