Omg okay so random but I’m trying to gain muscle in upper body, abs back glutes those areas but I wanna keep my legs from getting to bulky which spot reducing isn’t necessarily a thing and to “tone” I have to build the muscle, do u know any way to avoid bulking on the legs or anything you’ve heard that works
