There's a difference of public recording vs recording people on public. It's okay to record publicly but once an individual noticed that they were filmed and tell you they do not want to be filmed, either you inform them that you'll blur them out on the video if they agree with those terms or do not consent at all, which is you cannot film them and post it because then they can sue you.
