Actually more: 1) Architectural drawings + Application forms, 2) Structural Drawings + Application forms + Structure Analysis report, 3) M&E Drawings + Application forms, 4) Land Survey Report, 5) Geotechnical Report (in case building is more than 2 floor levels), 6) NEMA Report (incase land is in an environmentally sensitive area like wetland), 7) Traffic impact assessment report (incase the development is in a very busy area with high traffic such as on a major highway and will also be creating more traffic), 8) Land title copy + search report (to ascertain current land ownership), 9) LC letter from your area development chairman.
