@fraicheliving: Who knew making your own infused salt could be this easy (and beautiful?) 🌸 My Chive Blossom Fleur de Sel is floral, a little oniony, and makes everything feel vaguely French countryside (which is always the goal tbh). Sprinkle this on eggs, roasted potatoes, avocado toast, grilled vegetables... or honestly anything that could use a tiny personality boost. Here's my recipe for Chive Blossom Fleur de Sel. You'll need: ½ cup flaky sea salt (Maldon or fleur de sel) ¼ to ½ cup fresh chive blossoms, rinsed and fully dried Snip the blossoms from the stems and break them apart with your fingers. Toss with the salt until fragrant and lightly tinted, then spread onto a parchment-lined tray and let air dry for 1 to 2 days, stirring occasionally. Make sure the blossoms are completely dry before you start or the salt will clump. That's it. Follow along because you do not want to miss part 2! #chiveblossoms #chives #DIY #hostessgift #fleurdesel
