Chicken Noodles 🍜 Lunch Recipe Ideas Ingredients x2 servings - Chicken breast 1/2 cut into thin strips - Carrot 4 slices then thinly sliced - Cucumber 1/4 peel cut thicker and cut finely - Yellow pepper 1/4 cut larger - Red pepper 1/2 cut larger - Green onion 2 cut into larger pieces - Red onion 1/4 sliced finely - Garlic 1 clove finely chopped - Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp - Ginger 5-6 slices finely chopped - Soy 2 tbsp + 6 tbsp - Olive oil 2 tbsp - Sesame oil 1 tbsp - Crushed black pepper - Noodles 150g uncooked Process: 1. Put the chicken breast with 2 tbsp soy to stand for at least 30 minutes. 2. Boil the noodles according to the package directions in salted water. 3. Put the ginger in the 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Cook until slightly brown. 4. Add the garlic and stir. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden. 5. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the noodles, the remaining 6 tbsp of soy sauce, the crushed black pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes. 6. Add the sweet chili sauce and cook, stirring, for another 3-4 minutes. 7. Serve with green onions on top. It's a delicious lunch. Puneți ghimbirul în cele 2 linguri de ulei de măsline și 1 lingură de ulei de susan. Gătiți până când e puțin maro. 4. Puneți usturoiul și amestecați.
