I have managed restaurants, motels, security companies. One thing I was never afraid of was to get my hands dirty and never ask an employee to do something that I would not do. If it was picking up trash cleaning the toilet, whatever is the matter I wanted to prove that I was equal to them. Only I had a position of a business den mcman E better or any worse. I put myself in their shoes worked right beside him. Never held back and if there was a comment for something to be done easier. I will look at it. And if it were to get worked the problem with the management skills of today once a person gets that promotion they don't think that they have to belittle themselves to be down on the ground floor but they don't understand do you get more done if these people respect you not belittle in them I think that in today's culture in order for somebody to be promoted to a management position.They have to prove themselves by being equal with their employees and doing the work that needs to be done.I don't see it today.That's why people don't stay in their jobs.There's no pat on the back.There's no, thank you.There's no little gesture of kindness for the hard work that people do under management.Their hours.I'm gonna let this go for now.Everybody out there, understand your participation in e.W you have is deeply grateful, it's not your fault.It's management
