@drdavidmorris: What would you do first after an autoimmune diagnosis? More people dealing with autoimmune symptoms are exploring deeper conversations around gut health, inflammation, metabolic balance, stress regulation, and environmental triggers. Instead of only focusing on symptom management, many practitioners are now asking bigger questions about what may be driving immune dysfunction underneath the surface. That’s why topics like: 🦠 Gut health ⚡ Cellular energy 🔥 Chronic inflammation 🧠 Nervous system balance ☣️ Toxic load and lifestyle stressors are becoming increasingly important in wellness conversations. Because the body’s systems work together more than most people realize. 👀 What’s one lifestyle change that made the biggest difference in how you feel? #murfreesboro #functionalmedicine #magnoliamedicalcenter #rootcause #fyp #viral #autoimmunehealth #guthealth #inflammation #functionalmedicine #metabolichealth #healthtok #wellnesseducation #holistichealth

Yes I was Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after 2 heart attacks. They put me on a horrible medication called Gabapentin. I trashed it in only 3 weeks and I take zero prescriptions for this condition that is similar to autoimmune conditions.

You make so much sense to me. I am 66 and have thyroid issues, ulcerative colitis. I believe I have Epstein Barr reactivation, insulin resistance, hair loss. I have osteoporosis , getting one knee replaced in September. I’m still working in a stressful job. I believe this stress is bad for me but I can’t retire yet. I am going to work on this 90 day program. I am on generic Stelara and thyroid meds. You make so much sense to me. I take a lot of supplements z. I also have MTHFR
