@yuna.safar: After a period of intense stress in my life, I gained a lot of weight very quickly. I don’t really like talking about that time on my blog, but it is a part of my story. It took me a long time to get the result I wanted, and along the way I went through phases where I was just “skinny fat.” For a long time I didn’t have the shape you see in the second video – I’d been dreaming about that body for years. I got here only after making every possible mistake, many of which you’ve already seen on my blog. I still count my calories today, because I’m on maintenance and it helps me stay consistent.
