I just had rotator cuff surgery and it’s going OK I don’t ice or hot pack. I don’t do anything. I just go day by day and I’ve been OK sometimes I have pain spasms but besides that I’m OK.

doctors recommend what you can afford and most people after an expensive surgery can afford ice or frozen bag or veggies

no they are not i just had rotator cuff surgery and lower trapezius removal they didn't say use this ice pack was all I needed
