Basically, broccoli is full of goitrogens affecting the thyroid in a bad way, slowing down your metabolism etc. Just like everything, it's not bad if you eat it once in a while. And if you like it and it helps you brush your teeth, don't bother too much with the bads effects, since the good effects it has for you are more important. Hope that helped ! 😁

what broccoli is great unfortunately I can't eat it because of texture issues. it's very good for you especially if you need certain vitamins and folic acid.
