@cussinbaker: Replying to @mommy saucr Strawberry Crumble Cake Mix Cookies • 1 box strawberry cake mix (Pillsbury or Betty Crocker — both work the same) • 1 cup white chocolate chips • 1 cup dried strawberries • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 2 large eggs (room temp) • 1 tsp strawberry emulsion or strawberry extract (I highly recommend strawberry emulsion) Mix everything together and chill the dough 30 minutes to 1 hour for thicker cookies. If you like flatter cookies, don’t chill the dough. Bake at 345° for 13 minutes. Baking lower helps keep the cookies from changing color since you’re adding dried strawberries. Strawberry Crumble Topping: • Golden Oreos • Dried strawberries Blend that shit up and that’s it.
