I got to try a tasting menu that showcased a selection of the chef’s signature dishes, and I was so impressed with every course. Every dish was so flavorful, thoughtful, and well-executed, with the black cod clay pot, chicken and truffle soup dumplings, and mango pudding for dessert standing out in particular. I loved this tasting menu since I got to taste so many dishes I wouldn’t usually order myself, so I’m really happy I got to try them and fully appreciate each one. The space itself is also beautifully designed, the lighting, materials, and details all coming together in a way that feels elevated but still comfortable.
