@cookingwithhafida: Lemon Cake🍋 Ingredients: 1 lemon 170 g sugar 10 g vanilla sugar A pinch of salt 60 ml vegetable oil 50 ml milk 3 eggs 250 g flour 10 g baking powder Glaze 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice Instructions: 1. Boil the lemon for 5 minutes. 2. Cut it open and remove the seeds. 3. Add to a bowl: lemon sugar salt eggs milk oil 4. Blend until smooth. 5. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well. 6. Pour into a baking pan. 7. Bake at 160°C for about 1 hour. 8. Let it cool completely. 9. Top with the lemon glaze. Looks super moist and soft 🍋. #lemon #cake #foryoupage❤️❤️ #fyp #viral
