To the feeders of this area if you’re seeing this put the food one place I would put it on a piece of brown paper or wax paper and make sure you have water out. Stay there and watch the cats eat and drink and then pick up everything they are sick people out there.

I can understand her frustration with feral cats and people feeding them, but poisoning them is NOT the answer. She could've called animal control or report those feeding the cats. It's illegal in some areas.
