i fixed mine by removing the hdmi cable, holding the power button for 30 seconds while the tv is off, then turned it on

I’ve never had a problem with Hisense and have a tv from them that’s over 10 years old as well as a few of their new tvs. One of the best affordable tvs imo. Might just need a hard reset

@Temilola🌸 this just happened to mine the exact I can hear but nothing is seen it’s just blue black lights up like yours & I’ve done my research also chat gpt & yes it says T-Con might be the issue since I’ve tried everything else just like you lol so NOW I’m here asking you upon researching TikTok did replacing the T-CON board work for you?
