I was in a 5 year long relationship... too afraid to do the prayer. But there came a point after so much disrespect and hurt i decided to finally do the prayer. Not even 2 hours later I found out that this relationship was built on a lie, the trauma still keeps me up at night replaying every memory trying to figure out if any of it was ever true. “Sometimes you’re just asking for a rose when God already planned a whole garden for you.”
