If you have a baby boy, before changing his diaper, gently wipe his lower tummy with a baby wipe. The slight coolness on the lower abdomen can trigger him to urinate. You can also open the diaper slightly (without removing it completely) to let a little cool air in, which may also stimulate urination.🙏🏻😘

Mama you can place your pump parts in a baggie and refrigerate for next use and sterilize in the morning so your not having to do that through the night
