lol. I have this kind of fan, and no, it isn't an ac fan. 😄 The metal plate cools and you can touch it to your skin/face/body to feel cool. it doesn't blow cold air. 😄

not an AC it has a little pad under that disk that you wet and it then blows moist air on you. Will not feel any different in hot humid weather.

its a regular fan... you just have to place the fan on you to feel the coolness .. its doesnt cool the air.... HOPE THIS HELPS
