Now I only lose sleep feeding my baby lol I used to be up at night worrying about funnels, landing pages, and meetings while I was totally disregarding I had to step into a new version of myself. Sure at the start of my business I was the "hero" I did every single task of the business because I had to. But every new level requires a new identity, and I had to understand I couldn't be a leader and a hero at the same time. Instead of trying to solve fires by myself at 2am... My nights are better spent sleeping so I could support my team with a full mind. Esp hard as a recovering perfectionist but I feel like a change of scenery really made a big difference 🥹 whats a new stage you're preparing for right now?
