@essen_paradies: Whipped Feta Dip With Roasted Tomatoes And Garlic ➡️Ingredients For the whipped feta: 200 g feta cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 2 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves peeled 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp Italian herbs ½ tsp chili flakes ½ tsp black pepper For the roasted tomatoes and garlic: 250 g cherry tomatoes 3 garlic heads cloves peeled 1 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp Italian herbs Instructions ➡️Roast the tomatoes and garlic: Preheat oven to 200°C (fan), add cherry tomatoes and peeled garlic cloves to a tray, drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast for 25–30 minutes until soft and caramelised. ➡️Make the whipped feta: Add feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, honey, garlic, lemon juice, zest, herbs, chili flakes, and pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. ➡️Toast the baguette: Heat a pan over medium heat and toast baguette slices until golden on both sides, then drizzle lightly with olive oil while warm. ➡️Assemble the dip: Spread whipped feta onto a plate, top with roasted tomatoes and garlic, and spoon over the roasting juices for extra flavour. ➡️Serve: Enjoy immediately with warm, crispy baguette slices. #whippedfetadip #fetadip #roastedtomatoes #garlicdip
