get 0.7s clip, go to speed -> curve -> custom, delete 3 middle dots, left dot on 3.5x, right on 0.1x, "better quality". Now, add a keyframe at start and end, zoom on second keyframe, go to graphs -> cubic out, then copy this clip, reverse it, mirror the graphs of first clip (left dot on 0.1x, right on 3.5x), go to graphs -> ease in. MY LAST EDIT IS EXAMPLE, but its off-beat, sorry
