Being a surrogate for siblings is fairly common since it helps with blood type matching, this is like a reverse of that. I get why he’s uncomfortable, and he has the right to say no, but I think it’s not a big a deal as he’s making it

I get that it’s awkward for him, for sure. I can also understand how disappointing it is for his sister. Ultimately it is his decision, though. I’d like to think that I’d get over it and do this favour for my sibling, but, again, his decision.
