In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped scallion, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder and salt. 2. Lay out a XL tortilla and roll into a burrito (watch my video if needed) 3. Shallow fry with the seal side face down until both sides are golden crispy (make sure your oil is HOT before you start frying) 4. Slice in half and serve with sweet chili sauce
