I run a woodshop, we have drills. I tell my teenage students, treat the tools like toys, and you’ll lose the privilege of using them. Same here. A gun is a tool, not a toy. And anyone defending brandishing a firearm in public, which is what he did, yall need to grow up. So many possible negatives come from that one “playful” action.

Weird… nobody saw it, nobody was around. This eliminated almost every crime out there in most states. At most, a state may have some broad handling of a firearm law that could apply but it’s a stretch. I’m not sure why there is all the drama… is it stupid, sure… but give him his truck and move on
