Little Adventures with Alicia :
Mine stopped progressing around week 3.5/4 and increased in pain in one area. 😅 Turns out I re tore my meniscus and tore my MCL 2 weeks post op!😳 we didn’t find out until swelling and Pain was so intense week 6 and my knee is stuck. Lost all ROM from 75 to 45. I go in for another surgery in 6 days. Then get to do it all over again. 😅 I was wondering why everyone on social media was progressing and I wasn’t. 😢
