SLB has recently updated their portal you can now generate your own statement. Try regenerating your statements once more. You should be able to see every payments made to your account. Hope you get some answers soon

You need to go up to the office and let them know you're paying towards your principal. Also increase your payment as your income increases. i finished paying my loans within 3 years. You gotta go up there and pay at the cashier. Serious business.

I understand I am looking my statement and I realize that each month a late fee is being charge of $750 even thou I send the money before the due date they have back log and don't apply the payment right away and late fee catch and they not clearing it
